Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of https://marketify.ca (the "Site") and, together with your signed service agreement, to the advertising services Marketify Inc. ("Marketify", "we", "us") provides. By using the Site or our services you agree to them.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for information about our services. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. All content, logos and designs on the Site belong to Marketify or its licensors. Client logos and photos are used with permission and remain the property of those clients.
Services and pricing
We manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for home service companies. Plan prices listed on the Site are our management fees in Canadian dollars, billed monthly in advance, plus applicable taxes. Ad spend is separate and is paid by you directly to Google or Meta from your own accounts.
Pricing on the Site may change. The price you are quoted at signup applies for as long as you stay on that plan without interruption.
Month-to-month and cancellation
There is no fixed-term contract. Either party may end the engagement with written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded. There is no cancellation fee.
Ownership of accounts and assets
All ad accounts, campaigns, landing pages, tracking numbers, conversion data, and creative we build for you are created in your name and remain yours. If you leave, we remove our access and you keep everything. We may keep copies of reports and data for our records as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, service area, licensing, and offers.
- Timely access to the accounts and tools needed to do the work.
- Answering the phone and following up on leads. We cannot be responsible for leads that are not answered.
- Compliance with Google and Meta advertising policies for your industry, and with applicable laws, including CASL for any messaging to leads.
Results
Case studies and figures on the Site are real results from real clients, reported as described. Advertising results depend on your market, pricing, reputation, how calls are handled, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, cost per lead, or return on ad spend.
Free audit
The wasted spend check and free audit are offered at no charge and no obligation. We need read-only access to your ad account to perform them. We remove our access when the audit is delivered unless you ask us to keep it. The findings are our professional opinion and are provided as is.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Third-party platforms
Google, Meta and other platforms set their own terms, policies and billing. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or pricing. We will help you resolve platform issues as part of the service, but the final decision rests with the platform.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, performance data and account access confidential and use them only to deliver the service. With your permission we may describe your results in a case study; you can withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the new terms.
